Technical Specification For The Software

What You'll Need

There are several requirements for your server to run the ReserveSport software. The main requirement is merely the Operating System -- if you have a computer capable of running Java 1.4, Apache Tomcat and MySQL, you can install them.

Linux/Unix, or Windows NT or newer

Java 1.4 or newer
Java 1.4 or newer is required to run Tomcat and ReserveSport. You can download it for free at java.sun.com.

Apache Tomcat
Apache Tomcat is a freely available JSP servlet engine you can download at jakarta.apache.org. Tomcat is compatible with most variants of Windows and Linux/Unix, and requires Java 1.4

MySQL
MySQL is a freely available database you can download at www.mysql.com. MySQL is compatible with most variants of Windows and Linux/Unix.
